These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rimzo mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Rimzo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Rimzo. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding contract.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Rimzo on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
You agree not to use Rimzo to:
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or others.
Rimzo provides VPN/proxy connectivity and related features. We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, available in all regions, or that any specific server, speed, or feature will always be available. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, servers, or the Service at any time.
Rimzo offers a free version supported by advertising. The free version may limit continuous connection time to a timed session; you may be able to extend your session by watching a rewarded advertisement. Ad availability and rewards are not guaranteed. Rimzo Premium removes ads and session-time limits.
Rimzo Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example weekly, monthly, or yearly plans, including any promotional or discounted plans) sold and processed through Google Play Billing. By purchasing, you agree to the following:
Prices, currencies, and available plans are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by country.
Purchases are processed by Google Play, and refunds are handled according to the Google Play refund policy and any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
The Service, including the Rimzo name, logo, app, designs, and content, is owned by Apps J Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content except the limited license in §2. The app includes open-source components licensed under their own terms.
Rimzo relies on third-party services (including Google Play, Google/Firebase, advertising and attribution providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their terms and privacy policies, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MAKE YOU FULLY ANONYMOUS. A VPN reduces certain risks but does not guarantee complete privacy, security, or anonymity.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPS J STUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 25. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apps J Studio from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
You may stop using Rimzo at any time and uninstall the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including §§9–13) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
